why a customer cannot directly call the office in Iron Mountain is ridiculous!

Asked to have an appointment made on Wednesday within a half hour of closing and had an appointment scheduled Friday for lunchtime pickup. Service was great and they even cleaned and vacuumed, all at a very good value! I will definitely recommend them if the opportunity arises.
From the scheduling to completing the job. They were great to deal with, easy to understand when they explained the whole process.
