We stayed in a spacious, clean room with mini fridge and microwave. The indoor pool is nice, with a poolside shower. Free breakfast was good and a big plus
Came in without a reservation at midnight looking to layover for a drive. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Hot breakfast was actually good. Not just "good for hotel food good"... I mean actually good food. Everything was in order in the room. Very happy we took the break and chose Holiday Inn Express out of a handful of other options in Iron Mountain.
Nice holiday Inn on the edge of town. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, descent fitness center a nice pool area.
Excellent check in service. Since I arrived early into town, it was not check in time. Miss Alex at the front desk took my name and #. She said she would call as soon as my room was ready. She did and not only was it ready but so were my keys and check in form. She made it so quick and easy. Thank you from a weary traveler.
We were there Dec 23rd the guest service associate on nights was helpfull and very easy to talk with. The room was exceptional and breakfast was complete and delicious! We will stay the next time we come through!!^.^!!
