Firstly, Doctor Whaley and Sam Harrison are my favorite doctor's at this clinic. They are both extremely thorough, very detail oriented and both very caring. I heard Lamarand is great also. Doctor Hachiya is our least favorite as she is never organized, and has twice confused us with other patients and has said some questionable things. There are some not so nice things circulating about her care of certain patients also, so we stay far away from her. The others we are neutral with. No real big opinion. Anyway, as for the other staff, there is a receptionist who is always very rude and condescending to me on the phone. She treats me like I am stupid and snickers and scoffs when I ask basic questions. She lacks people skills and she lacks empathy.
