Apria in Iron Mountain (John) is very helpful, and I would give him five stars. The problem comes when you have to try to call over an equipment issue. Local phone calls now go directly to the NATIONAL (not local) Apria. If you need to call them for an issue, be prepared for a LONG wait. In the last three days, I have spent well over two hours listening to the "At Apria Health Care, we know your time is valuable; assistance is just a moment away" recording. Over four different calls, I have reached a human only ONCE. There is no way to leave them a number and have them call you back. You just stay in a 15-second recording loop.
Best bet for help? Go by the local office and ask when John will be in. He will help you if you can reach him there. Local Apria=GOOD. National Apria helpline=STINKS.
