Called in search of a computer. Guy made me wait while i listened to him and a customer chit chat and what sounded like him either blending drinks, or using a heavy drill on something.
15 mins is excessive when you are told to hold on a minute.
I shattered the screen on my iPhone 5c and I had these guys replace it and it's literally like new now. My phone looks like it never even happened! Fairly prompt with service, took about a week to order in parts which was no big deal. Overall great service! I'll be seeing them soon to update my laptop!
