Employees do not know much other than take phone payments or sell overpriced accessories
There is an employee working by the name of Evern? Maybe Elver? Elvan? Not sure. Anyway he is tall, and has dark hair, he is a very nice young man. It was hard to hear what his name was, precisely because there was an elderly gentleman on one of those electric scooters in there, whizzing by. Noisy buggers. Which by the way, this Evern lad had rushed to the door to help the nice elderly disabled man in. It's nice to see these young Hipster Mellenials giving a care about the older population. Good work, Evern! The elderly man was happy Evern was so accommodating. So this Evern was very knowledgeable, he had a sense of humor but did not distract away from the products, he was smiley and kind and honestly I think what makes any boring phone selling business great is their employees. He definitely sold me!! Give this nice young strapping lad a raise! He has awesome hair and by the looks of it, he can probably cut a rug!
By far the BEST customer service! The representatives are knowledgeable and friendly. Even when it is busy they acknowledge you and thank you for your patience. One of my favorite stores!
Very helpful and accomodating
Passing trough Iron Mountain, I stopped at the store since my phone was acting up and I needed help resetting my email. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and solved my phone issues in few minutes, then looked up my account and pin pointed to couple of savings that I wasn't taking advantage of. I highly recommend this store to others
