I originally ordered a car display from this company. It arrived with little instruction. We set up the display on our lot and it seemed to work well. From this experience I decided to order another one. The second car display came in and did not work properly from the start. My General Manager tried numerous times to communicate with Tom Robitaille with no success. The second car display was made without the same quality as the first. The steel was thinner and smaller. After many months My Auto Display, Inc showed up to replace the defective display. The new display was just like the second one. Cheaper material, thinner steel, etc. This one has given me numerous problems as well. I have had to hire a local company to come and work on this display numerous times.
Ordered a Flatline 36 and sent in a deposit for the display. I have tried numerous times via email for Tom Robitaille to call me back about this display. Nothing. I have left messages for him to call and no call back.. All calls go to a message service. Finally received product after several months of waiting.
Still haven't received our order. No return calls or e-mails.. Will update if product is received..
