Piper Anne and Galileo get excellent care here. We had a recent emergency visit on a weekend and were seen right away and our dogs life was saved. The staff are all incredibly friendly, compassionate and caring.
I love this office! The staff is friendly and very helpful and it's very clean and inviting. I feel like they care about my dog and give me options so I can help decide my dogs treatment instead of acting like there's only one thing to do like some vets do. I recommend them to anyone with pets.
We recently moved to the area and had not selected a vet for a puppy. We had an emergency and needed to get her seen ASAP. It was after hours and we kept getting answering machines. We are an hour from Iron Mountain but they were the first to pick up. We were encouraged to come right in. They welcomed us immediately, cared for our puppy and explained everything calmly. We had found our forever vet. Thank you for everything.
This is the best vet we have ever been to, hands down. They have treated our 3 dogs and 2 bunnies ever since we moved here. They treat all pets with respect and care, and explain things to us humans in a way that allows us to make the best decisions for our pets. Everyone who works here is very knowledgeable and patient and are always able to get us in when we need it.
Great experience! Helpful and understanding staff members. My cat has a rough history due to the fact she’s straight from a barn. The one nurse was so helpful and told me prices and what I can expect next visit. All I need to do down the road is add my dog. The Dr. was really nice as well.
