We have had great experiences working with Dave - he is very helpful, listens to what we are looking for, leverages his experience to help select the proper bike, and treats us like family! Actually, all of the staff that we have met are very friendly, helpful, and genuine!
I bought an extended warranty through IMP Powersports for a new Polaris. After a few months I cancelled it. I waited 6 weeks and no refund. I sent a letter and did not get a reply. A few weeks after that I sent another letter. I got a call from Mark and he said it takes 6-8 weeks. I told him it has been 6-8 weeks. He said it should be here soon. 6 weeks went by and I sent a letter to the manager Sarah. I did not get a reply. I am sending her another letter today. I don't expect a reply. If you are buying something they are all over it. If you have a problem you are on your own. This place is not what it use to be. I have bought equipment and brought many things there for repair. I probably will not do business with them in the future.
