Consistently some of the best food and service in town. The menu has a wide range of food with many vegetarian, chicken, steak, and seafood options. Most of the food is not spicy from the kitchen, there are great hot sauces available at the table if you like spicy food. The staff will help direct you if you are terrified of getting a dish with a little spice. I have ordered many different dishes over the years and they haven't let me down once.
When you sit down and start to nibble on the complimentary but, ugh, tasteless chips and salsa, DO NOT PANIC! The rest of your meal will be awesome! I had the chicken chimi and my husband had a burrito meal. Hot, full of flavor, filling, and reasonably priced. The menu is vast, the staff was no nonsense but attentive, inviting decor, appropriate background music, nice beer selection.
Carlos Cantina has delicious food. Very satisfied every time we eat there. Waitress and staff are polite. Very wonderful restraunt to enjoy a meal.
Unholy flavors are waiting to be clumsily dumped into your big belly. Seriously though, if I had to rate this place from 1-5 stars, 5 being most awesome, I would rate it 5 stars. Which is exactly what I have done as you can plainly observe above.
We have been here three times and it's been fantastic all three times!! Burrito California, Burrito Fajita and Swiss Enchiladas!!! OMG YUM!! Wonderful service and great decor/atmosphere. 50 minutes from home but will continue to patronize this awesome restaurant.
