Good place for the area. Lots to choose from. When I was looking for help finding a specific dog food to switch my dog over to, the staff was not that helpful. I ended up having to search for foods with nearly the same ingredients on my own.
Excellant selection with a friendly knowledgable staff. Store is clean and well organized. Lots of parking, easy access.
Great place to shop for pets. Has the biggest variety of items in the area. All the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Well. My first experience I had bought a hamster from here and not even four days later it had died (wet tail all the hamsters in that tank had it this was roughly 2014). Obviously I got money back and had gotten a rat, she actually lasted for a while she was really great. Fast forward to august of 2017 I bought a jouvinile ball python, was told it eats frozen mice (obviously thawed) and that they won't even yet sent to the store without them eating and pooping well I tske it home. I try and feed it ( not that day but a week later) and it wouldnt eat so I was like okay fine I try the next day at a different time. Refused the meal. Looked up round out they like to be pests and not eat which I was like okay fine, I tried feeding him multiple times prior to his death the one time he had actually took a bite but had let go(I didn't watch him I let him be but noticed the bites on the mouse). Today (December 13 2017) I went to check on him and he was dead. He hasn't ate the entire time I had him in my care. He had everything he needed. Water. Correct temperatures. Space. Hide outs. Humidity. Everything. He must not have been actually fed correctly. Also, before going to iron mountain to actually get him I made sure they had them so I called and I get a ride answer with "hello?!" Not impressed and will never be purchasing anything from here.
