Have not been to Pizza Hut for a long time , as I remember them being quite good. My husband and I were at Pizza Hut in Iron Mountain MI. Pizza was brought in a fair amount of time, but it was very over cooked mushrooms and green peppers were dry and slightly burnt. When leaving my Husband left a three dollar tip on the table , When he went to the register to pay the waitress asked him (if he wanted his change!) He was embarrassed in front of other people so he said no keep it.... Never been to a business were the cashier asked if you want your change, it was only .30 cents, but why would I not want my change? This action is costing you to lose good folks that love to eat out.... this is so wrong and we did leave a tip...
We ordered and the waitress helped us determine a more cost effective order and saved us money - super helpful. The food was great! Bathrooms and restairant were clean.
Normally order from Pizza hut in a different state. I don't expect the best for the good prices they give but normally it's alot better. Online ordering site was not working, called the store. They told me I could not use online deal because I was calling. I said fine, paid almost double for the pizza, it was only 3 toppings. The crust was so thin and doughy. Toppings were very few for $1.60 per topping. Overall it was pretty bad. Had to wait an hour for it. One of the worst pizzas I ever had. Will never order from here again, next time I am in this town I will give someone else my business.
