I am amazed at the knowledge and expertise owner Catie Schultz has about diamonds and wedding and engagement rings. She loves to take time with couples making the jewelery purchase of a lifetime. She sits with her customers in comfortable chairs at the engagement ring counter and carefully explains about diamond and gold quality. She gives every person all they time they need - - with no pressure - at you will love her prices...you can find the ring you love at the price you can afford.
Terrible terrible terrible if I had to do it again I would never go here the customer service is terrible the call back is terrible I had to wait 2 months for my husbands ring ,very unorganized very unprofessional I would return my 7000 wedding set but I don't want an in store credit at this place never again will I go here I only have them a star so I could writea review this place doesn't even deserve a star
The only downside is that the "mode" button no longer works but hey it's an old watch and I was rough with it, so oh well. I can get over that.
And on top of that, they're really nice!
Recently, I went to this place to get my digital watchband replaced, as it had broken. I bought my own band ahead of time and went in to this store as I was passing through town to get it replaced. I was in the store for an hour while they tried to fix it, but I was really rough with it (hence the broken band) and it was nearly torn to shreds on this inside. They barely go one side off, then had a hard time getting the new band on. Over the next month, they fixed it. I would have given up 2 days in. But they persevered, and I only paid $5 for the repair. They shipped it back once it was fixed in a neat box and had a handwritten note apologizing for the time spent on it.
10/10, would visit again.
