I've had my Insurance with Scott Sanders ever since I moved to the Upper Peninsula, I enjoy the small home town atmosphere and anytime I've ever had an issue, it was handled quickly and professionally.

I had insurance with this office for nearly 20 years. Had one claim and was dropped. Never notified us at our correct address, nor a freaking phone call! We had to find out 6 months after we were dropped when we inquired about making our payment.
Horrible place. Very rude and ignorant staff/agents. They tried to make me pay an extra $500 that I didn't owe. I was able to prove it was a mistake on their part. Makes me wonder how many people they scamed. And if they say they'll call you back don't wait for it. Either they won't call back or it will take a few days.
