Very small and limited free weights compared to many other locations I've been too.
My home gym is an Anytime Fitness down state and I went to this one while family required me to stay up north and I must say this gym is soon much nicer than my anytime fitness. The population density is higher here so that may have something to do with it... but this gym had new dumbells, tvs built into the cardio equipment, a virtual training room, and a great selection of cable machines. The only thing lacking was was a normal captains chair and the incline sit up benches weren't bolted to the floor so there was a tipping hazard when you got into them. The benches for your clothes in the showers were very small and there were no shower hooks in close proximity to the shower... so the floors were wet in the bathroom from people having to walk across the room to grab a towel. All in all a nice gym I'm glad it's here.
This is a great little gym. It's got a good mix of equipment, is always clean, and management is on the ball.
Immediately attended to by very friendly manager. Beautiful club, brand new equipment wirh tvs. Private classroom for free and tanning. Everything 24 hours and great prices.
