I had a windshield replace, Insurance paid, when I got the car back, I noticed I could not get my fingers above the rear view mirror to adjust it. they said it was not their fault as the mount for the mirror is part of the windshield this may be true but why didn't they check this when installing? We were going on a trip to visit as many of the western national parks as possible. we got as far as Wyoming , and we started hearing a knock from the right front corner of our car. We drove 100 miles to a Honda dealer to investigate. They found the problem was the seal around the windshield was loose they said the installer broke most of the retainer clips and should have replaced the seal. the repair shop in Wy said it was Shoddy and unprofessional, they glued the seal to fix. I will not use St George in the future.
I ordered glass for a front window in my home. I was told early in June of 2007 that it would take two to three weeks for delivery and installation and that they would call when the window was in. This window is very important to us; we use it to see who is at our front door, we need it for the light it gives in this very dark, tree lined property. By July 24, they had not called. When inquiring, they said they had been so busy and backed up with large contracts since April. If that was the case, why tell me they could get the window in my home within three weeks? I will be waiting four additional days to get the window in my home. Had I called and insisted earlier, I most likely would have had the window sooner. The squeaky wheel gets oiled first, and one just can't respect what is uttered as sincere, especially if you're a little guy.
