Truly world's best everything. I had a raspberry mocha with dark chocolate, and that's the best mocha I've ever had! Dark chocolate icecream, scone ...everything was just delicious. They serve coffee hot or cold, baked snacks and ice creams. Would visit again anytime I'm in iron Mountain area.
Great product however rude service. Barista looked at us oddly when we ordered steamers. Yes, we know that steamers are steamed milk, that's what we wanted. No need to inform us of that. Very rude and poor coustomer service. Highly condescending.
This place is great. We were visiting from out of town and wasn't sure where to stop for coffee. This is actually the second place we stopped because the first place we were at totally didn't make the right drinks. We got coffee from here all weekend!
I find it pretty bad that I can go to edelweiss (which is over double the distance of neu cup from my work) and order 5 coffee drinks for myself and coworkers +muffins and they get everything 100% correct every time. And that takes HALF the time it takes to go to neu cup, order a drink for myself and a co worker (that's 2 drinks folks), be ridiculed about my coworkers drink choice, and have my drink completely screwed up for the FIFTH TIME IN A ROW and I don't have time to make them remake my drink because I'm already late to get back to work on time. Also myself and my coworker felt sick after drinking our drinks. I've tried time and time again to give second chances, said my drink choice over three times and made them repeat it back and still have them make it wrong. The punch card isn't worth the different in quality-go to edelweiss.
Great service but the price is high and I order the same thing every time and it's a different price. I'm not sure how that is possible. They also raised the price without changing the menu, and are now charging for whipped cream on your drink. I only visit this place when the other coffee shop is closed as I get the same drink and pay the same price every time. The coffee is great, but consistency in price would be nice.
