So I feel the need to review this business under my friend's google account. My name is not Jess, I won't disclose my name because I'm mortified by the awful service I received! I went in for hair care, and I won't say who the stylist is, because nobody deserves to lose their job, I however believe there needs to be better standards set in place.... anyway the stylists' nails were very long, and she repeatedly cut my scalp, and left scratches on my neck!! The entire time she did my hair, she went on and on about her significant other and complained about her issues and problems and she was extremely loud, to the point where I winced when she spoke. I had gone there to relax, pamper myself and enjoy a moment to myself at a salon that supposedly had good reviews, but my experience was not at all good. Anyway I asked her to leave my hair longer and she did not... she cut it SO SHORT it was up to my freaking collar bone! It looked like a 90's "Rachel Shag" and I wanted a longer, Chic looking Lob (long bob). She completely wrecked my hair and it took me years to grow it out! I went home and cried to my friend and he told me how he went in several times and the same woman who did his hair always left big scratches on his scalp and neck also!! The more people I tell this story to, the more people have told me they have also experienced the same thing from the SAME LADY. What the heck is going on here ladies? I will leave a very good review for a girl who I have heard amazing things about time and time again, and she had done my hair once, and she seemed very nice. Her name was Natalie or Natalia or something and she did an incredible job. I have seen her work on a few other people and she really knows what she is doing! Very sweet girl, very smiley, excellent review for her, however I'm leaving some advice for the other woman: CUT YOUR NAILS AND LEAVE THE DRAMA AT HOME HONEY. People go there to RELAX. Not to hear about your drama! That is all. I'm sorry I had to leave this review, but it needed to be done. Hoping to hear of better things out of this woman in the future.

Love this spa and am so happy they are located so close to home. The facial was so relaxing that it was almost an outerbody experience. The massage was great and my nails were nicely done. The staff were also super friendly.
