Customer service isnt bad but the bank itself doesn't take care of their customers
Terrible experience I felt like I was being scammed rather than helped. Wellsfargo in my opinion doesn't care much for there people just their money. Happy to be out of there and with a new bank that doesn't try to get money out of me and a new banker who doesn't manipulate people.
